Return and Refund Policy

KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. Return and Refund Policy

By making a purchase with KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V., you agree to be subject to the following Return and Refund Policy. It is advisable to read it in full before placing an order.

Returns

If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your intended purchase, we will accept returns within ten days following the date of receipt of the product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require that all returns be accompanied by a written statement detailing the reasons for the return. If the customer has not filed a claim within the specified period, it will be understood that they fully accept the order sent.

Eligible Products and Services for Return

Digital product returns will only be accepted in cases of delivery of an incorrect or damaged product.

Return Procedure

Customers must notify KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. of their intention to return a service or product within ten days of delivery.

The notification must include clear and documented details of the reason for the return.

Refunds

Refund Criteria:

Refunds will be processed once returned products have been received and evaluated or service eligibility for refund has been verified.

 

KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned products or services do not meet the aforementioned conditions.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 business days of your refund being approved.

If KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. finds the claim to be valid, either in whole or in part, KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. is committed to doing everything possible to resolve the situation.

Refund Terms and Conditions

The refund terms and conditions apply to specific services contracted with KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer service team through the designated channels within a maximum of ten days from the date of delivery of the service or product.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to evaluation and may vary depending on the type of service or product purchased. For services that require partial or staged payments, refunds will be subject to the completed and approved stages.

Refund Exclusions

 

In the event of a claim or dispute, KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. will formally make known its opinion, which will be based in part on the expert opinion of the relevant independent professional(s).

Refunds will not be granted in situations where the customer has breached the terms established in the contract or has provided incorrect or insufficient information that has affected the provision of the service. Products or services that have been used, modified, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund, unless there is an inherent defect in the product or service that makes it unsuitable for the intended purpose.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Deliveries

Delivery Agreement:

The delivery timelines for projects will be agreed upon in detail and specifically with each customer at the outset.

Timeline Evaluation:

The proposed timelines will be based on a thorough assessment of the project’s complexity and scope. Factors such as resource availability, technical complexity, and the level of collaboration required from the customer will be considered.

If unforeseen issues or changes in project requirements arise, KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. will notify the customer immediately and proceed to discuss and agree on adjustments to the delivery timelines.

Transparent Communication:

KEMO DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. is committed to maintaining transparent communication with the customer regarding the project’s progress. Regular updates will be provided on the status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the established timelines.

Reasonable Adjustments:

In situations where adjustments to the timelines are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, a reasonable agreement with the customer will be sought. This may include rescheduling deadlines or implementing corrective measures to minimize any impact on the quality and final outcome of the project.
